My Favourite Burgers in Singapore so far

SINGAPORE: Burgers are like soul food for me. With a good patty, good cheese between a good bun, it is just a satisfying sandwich you cannot resist. Ignore all the calories, fats or a large amount of salt; it is happy food.

Meating Place

You can get burgers made from dry-aged Wagyu Beef on their lunch menu, with cheddar cheese and shredded cabbage in a house-made brioche bun. As you can expect from dry-aged beef, it is full of strong flavour. This is a good beefy burger.

If you don't like to have beef for lunch, there are two other unique burgers for you to choose from, Mala Chicken and Lemongrass Pork.

Address: 7 Fraser St, #01-27 Duo Galleria, Singapore 189365

25 Degrees

They named their burgers by numbers from one to four.

  • NUMBER ONE comes with beef patty, caramelized onions, gorgonzola, bacon, arugula and thousand island

  • NUMBER THREE comes with beef patty, mezzo secco jack, jalapenos, chipotle and avocado

If you don't like to have your burger with brioche buns, there is an option for you to switch to gluten-free buns.

Meatsmith (Telok Ayer)

Meatsmith is best known for wood-fired barbecued food. However, they are serving some delicious burgers during lunch. Part of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, they have to live up to their reputation as being top restaurants in Singapore. Instead of using brioche like everyone else, they served their burgers with in-house made potato bun.

The Brisket Sandwich is filled with smoked brisket, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, red onions and pickled cucumbers. Their Cheeseburger has double beef brisket patties, topped with American cheddar, pickles and their own burger sauce. Get the napkins ready and sink your teeth into these babies.

Wildfire Burgers

Wildfire burgers grilled their burgers to order in a double-ventilated INKA oven fired with Japanese Binchotan charcoal.

Classic 001 Cheeseburger is made of Black Angus Beef Patty with American cheese, caramelised onion, gherkin, chipotle mayo in a brioche bun. Add S$4 to make this a double.

GIve their fried chicken a go too! It is fingers licking good.
