Phed Mark

Phed Mark, opened by Mark Wiens who is a famous food vlogger, specializes in selling a Thai classic - Pad Kaprao. While the restaurant itself may be no-frills, the presentation of the dishes is truly stunning. Always order your pad kaprao with two eggs and they only use only duck eggs. The egg whites are fried over a very hot oil first before the yolks are added, resulting in a beautiful and unique dish that is both visually appealing and delicious. In our opinion, the dish just made some stunning food photos that always resulted in many likes on our social media.
